LARGE-SCALE SLIDING DOORS
SLIDING DOORS designed for large openings
Sliding doors on tracks is ideal for closing large spaces, especially aircraft hangars and shipyards.
The door opens thanks to sliding the panels, top-guided and supported by continuous or stepped parallel floor rails.
Maximum safety without sacrificing aesthetics.

SLIDING doors on
CONTINUOUS or STEPPED tracks
Stepped parallel tracks are used when space is available outside the building’s clear opening for the panels to be stacked in a fixed position when opened.
Continuous parallel tracks, on the other hand, are used when no external stacking space is available. In this case, the panels are stacked in any position when opened, occupying part of the building’s clear opening (according to their width).
The door can be built with manual or motorised operation, with independent panels.
SLIDING doors:
our solutions
WITH CONTINUOUS parallel TRACKS
- Clear opening: No width limitations (multiple of the width of the panels) / max height of approximately 35m
- Opening: Independent sliding of each panel, guided at the top and resting on wheels on the floor
- Stacking arrangement: Single or double section, internal / external
- Parallel tracks: Continuous/stepped
- Parallel top guides: Continuous/stepped
- Panels: Number, dimensions, and architectural style of request
- Execution: Motorisaton of each individual panel with electromechanical system
- Speed: Opening/closure 10m/minute
- Control panel: Electromechanical with electronic logic
- Control devices: Buttons on the side of the panels
- Operating cycle: Hold-to-run buttons (operator present)
- Safety devices: Electromechanical double safety edge on each panel
- Signalling device: Flashing light and audible alarm.
WITH STEPPED parallel TRACKS
- Clear opening:No width restrictions (multiple of the width of the panels) / max height approximately 35m
- Opening: Independent sliding of each panel, guided at the top and resting on wheels on the floor
- Stacking arrangement: Single or double section, internal / external

WITH STEPPED parallel TRACKS AND DRIVE SYSTEM
Drive system
A motor or manual device connects the panels and enables their movement. This system can be operated by a chain drive, toothed-belt drive or direct drive link to the motorisation.
