Inedi began life as a design company in 1991, and later developed a team of specialised staff to build and assemble its designs. Thanks to the extensive experience of its founding members, from the very beginning the company has been able to serve clients requiring the design, construction, and installation of large-scale doors — particularly doors for hangars used for the storage, maintenance, and construction of aircraft and vessels.
With its consistent market presence, innovative custom projects, and prestigious clients, Inedi now ranks among the leading companies in the large-scale door industry.
HISTORY
FAMILY-RUN company
Origins
Inedi, an artisanal workshop specialising in generic metalwork, is founded. From the very beginning, the company built a reputation for producing metal structures and industrial doors with exceptional strength and precision.
Growth
The company continued to grow and relocated to a new production facility, built entirely in-house: a tangible sign of its technical and organisational development.
Specialisation
Inedi began focusing on designing and installing large-scale industrial doors, becoming an industry leader thanks to its solutions tailored to every need.
International presence
Inedi was chosen to collaborate on the production of a special structure for the USA Pavilion at the 2015 Milan Expo, a project that showcased the company’s dependability and quality on a global scale.
The first overseas projects
The first doors were installed in the United States, at the naval base in Marinette, Wisconsin — an important step towards establishing an international presence.
